Ok I was watching the Noh (did I spell that right) mask episode of Inuyasha and I realized something. There has to be a jewel shard in that tree that became the mask in the feudal era for that shard to make it into Kagome's time. So in actuality the whole Shikon no Tama isn't gone from the world at that time. so effectively Takahashi just created a Terminator 2 like time paradox or something. essentially...I'm not quite sure what that means other than the jewel isn't gone but effectively the whole series of Inuyasha could change on the one little fact that if anything happened to that shard between then and when the mask awakened in Kagome's time. So essentially if one little thing happened Naraku wouldn't have been killed and taken over the world and and.....well tell me what you think about this. I just found it kinda interesting to find such a large time paradox here.
